The engineering baseline is ready. Approve SITE_SPEC.md, DESIGN.md, and DESIGN_SYSTEM.md, then replace this neutral placeholder with the site-specific UI and content.

pnpm verify validates daily development. pnpm verify:release blocks deployment until the design contract, canonical URL, page, tokens, icon, and social image are ready.
